Shoulder Stand or Scorpion Pose Video #1 9-7-2016
- 'Shoulder stand or Scorpion Pose' - Another one of my favorite postures. I entered this from dolphin pose (on the forearms), walk the feet in close until the hips are high, lift the heart, and bring the legs up into any variation. Practice and repeat! This posture took me some time to get, I first practiced against a wall.
Before attempting any of these poses make sure you are warmed up and please go very slowly, step by step.
