KBR Kids Day - coming up, it's free, I'll be teaching kids Yoga!

On this coming Saturday, October 15, 2016, I will be representing the Hines Center for Spirituality and Prayer at Buffalo Bayou for KBR Kids Day, at the Water Works! This is a free event for Houston!

After teaching yoga at the Hines Center from 11-11:50am and kids yoga from 12:15-12:45pm, I will be leading a casual bicycle ride from there to the KBR kids day event! Everyone is welcome to join the ride, it will be short, I'm estimating 15 minutes!

Between 1pm to 3pm I will be leading some kids Yoga sessions (also free)! Come out and join us for some fun! Look for us at or near the Hines Center booth.

The day will also include many other activities, such as...

• Halloween costume parade
• Birds of prey show's
• Live music and dance
• Pontoon boat rides
• Tasty food and treats
• And more!
