I am thrilled to be teaching kids Yoga 3 times a week. Here is a great moment from one of the classes held at the wonderful Hines Center for Spirituality and Prayer. These classes are held every Saturday from 12:15pm - 12:45pm. Just before this class, I teach Yoga for adults on the Hines labyrinth! This is a great way to have fun with the whole family!
