'Yoga Introspection' Fund-raising Lecture @ the Tellepsen YMCA

Last Sunday, April 2nd, I carried out my first ever Yoga fund-raiser for the YMCA's annual campaign. Thanks for everyone who attended, and a special thanks to those of you who helped make it happen (Tellepsen YMCA employees) and everyone who promoted the event! It is always an honor when I am able to share Yoga.

Next weekend on Sunday April 15, I will be lecturing on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali to trainees at New Age Yoga & Meditation in Missouri City, Texas!
