Peacock Pose Video #1 9-13-2016
- 'Peacock Pose' - One of my favorite arm balancing postures, complete concentration is required. This posture took me some time to get, it takes quite a bit of forearm strength and flexibility at the wrist. Enter from the table top pose. Press the elbows into the abdomen with the hands touching and fingers pointing backward. Lean as far forward as you can and lift the legs! Practice and repeat!
Before attempting any of these poses make sure you are warmed up and please go very slowly, step by step.
